Monday 2nd November -- School Opens Wednesday 4th November -- Swimming Gala, Guide dogs in school Thursday 5th November - Flu Vaccines Rec - Yr 2 What another busy half term. We have had so much going on for all of our pupils. Just this week we have had a hockey roadshow, a trip to Holywell golf club and financial education.
A huge thanks to all of our staff who, as always, go above and beyond to provide great learning opportunities. A special mention to Ruby and Orlagh. They organised a very successful pumpkin competition. A big thanks to everyone that entered. The girls raised £37.50 which they will be spending on new books for the library. Thanks to all that attended open evenings this week. I will be processing the questionnaires and will let you know the results as soon as possible. Have a great half term. Stay safe. Any entries for the carving competition need to be in for judging tomorrow.
This is what I was aiming for...this is what I ended up with. I am sure you have all done a much better job. Please could you help the children and young people from our school fill in this survey. It gives them the chance to have their say today.

Friday 23rd Staff training day Orlagh and Ruby have organised a competition for you all. They put together the letter and came up with the idea themselves. I do hope as many of you as possible support them.
They would like you to bring in a carved pumpkin. There will be a prize for the best one in each class. Judging will take place on Wednesday. Adults you can have a go as well. Good luck. Good luck to all of our pupils competing in the Dance championships in Southport this weekend.
Hope it goes well Mrs Norton Many thanks to the staff and parents that helped at the Friend of Maesglas movie night.
We hope the children had a great time. Thanks for coming. £160 raised for FOMG. Many thanks to all of you that came to the harvest service today. We were not expecting so many!
