I am aware that a number of children are getting a message when they try to login that their account is suspended. I have spoken with Chatfoss today. They explained that the security settings are set at the highest level. This means that 3 incorrect password attempts and it will suspend the account.
If the children mention it in school we can request a new password for them. |
