Sorry for the confusion. I made a mistake on the letter today.
On Wednesday 4th July we will be having an Induction evening for all the Year 2 parents. This will be at 5.30pm.
It is important that you attend to find out about the new routines and procedures as your child moves to Key Stage 2.
Just a reminder that it is the induction evening for Nursery and Reception (2018-19) parents tomorrow at 5.30pm (if your child is in Reception now you do not need to come).
This is an opportunity for us to introduce The Senior Leadership Team, members of the Early Years Team and to outline the procedures for induction into our school including the routines and procedures which will affect you and your child. (Important even if you know the school already!)
Staff will also be available to answer any questions.
It is the last day of the book fair tomorrow.
We are only £50 short of our target which will mean we get a lot of free books for school.
Please call in if you can.
Please apply sun cream to your child before they come to school.
If your child is prone to burning and you feel they may need an additional application you may send in a labelled bottle of sun cream, which your child should give to their teacher.
Your child will be able to apply the cream themselves when needed (usually just before lunchtime) under the supervision of a classroom staff member and younger children may require some assistance with this.
It is also advisable to provide your child with a sun hat/cap on hot days and we will encourage children to sit in the shade as required at break-times and drink plenty of water.
You can register and place uniform orders at www.stitchdesign.co.uk
Order before the 29/7/19 to collect from the 5/9/18
The disco will be on Thursday 5th July.
4pm - 5pm Foundation Phase
5pm - 6pm Key Stage 2
Tickets are £2.50 per person, £5 for a family
Thanks to everyone that is helping with the healthy snack in school. We have noticed a huge difference.
We still have a a lot of money due for snack. Please make arrangements to pay asap.
If you paid for the year the money is available for collection. You just need to call in to see Mrs Smith so you can sign for it.
We have the book fair in school at the moment.
You can call in until 4pm to buy books.
School get a percentage depending on sales to help re-stock the library.
There might be spaces available for the knockout on Sunday. If you are interested bring your kit and we will see if we can get you in a team.
If you have a child in Nursery now this is for you.
On Thursday 28th June the children will be involved in a transition morning at school. Part of this is for the children to experience going to the school hall and tasting a selection of the food available for school dinners. On this day there will be a slightly later pick up time of 11.30am.
